01
Access requests and manual review
When you request access, LinePrism receives your email, preferred access route, sports interests, optional workflow note, adult-eligibility confirmation and server timestamp, and an account ID if you are signed in. The request is validated and rate-limited, and authorized staff can review the submitted information.
02
Identity, account, and access state
Clerk handles sign-up, sign-in, verification, recovery, profile changes, and sessions. Google identity is used only when selected. LinePrism receives the current user and session state and stores the account ID, email or non-routable fallback, display name, approval, plan, and access state. LinePrism does not store passwords, verification codes, or raw Google credentials.
03
Preferences and alert channels
LinePrism stores your selected sports, markets, minimum unit from 1u to 5u, quiet hours, timezone, and available alert-channel choices. Telegram and Discord delivery are currently inactive. Telegram connection credentials expire after 15 minutes. Revocation immediately disables the channel, and credentials are deleted after connection cleanup completes.
Stripe handles hosted checkout, billing management, payment-method details, security, and fraud prevention. LinePrism sends the selected plan and account identity needed for checkout and stores the billing identifiers and status needed to grant, revoke, and explain access. LinePrism does not store raw card details.
05
Adults only and age data
LinePrism access and paid plans are intended only for adults who are at least 18 and meet any higher local minimum age. The product records a self-attestation rather than age verification, together with a timestamp, not a birth date, identity document, facial estimate, or parental-consent record.
When analytics is configured, PostHog loads only after you select Allow analytics. It receives path-only page views and a closed set of coarse product or reliability properties. Automatic capture, session replay, heatmaps, form contents, email addresses, names, account or Pick Alert IDs, URL queries, and fragments are disabled. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track are treated as denial.
07
Storage and your choice
Essential browser storage remembers your theme, privacy choice, short-lived signed-in indicator, application-sidebar state, and authentication handoff email. Clerk manages session storage when authentication is used; Stripe activates its storage only after you start a hosted payment flow; PostHog storage activates only after consent. The inventory below states each category, purpose, duration, and activation rule.
08
Support and internal review
IONOS handles support mail only when you send email to info@lineprism.com. The message contains the sender address and whatever subject or body you choose to provide. Authorized staff may record their identity, decision, notes, and timestamps when reviewing access or data quality. Do not send card credentials or sensitive wagering records by email.
09
Network security and logs
Render and related hosting services receive connection IP and request metadata to deliver traffic and detect abuse. Redis keeps only short-lived HMAC fingerprints for public access-intake quotas. Application errors use bounded error types and omit form values, third-party response bodies, secrets, and raw exception details.
Browser items use the durations shown below. Quota fingerprints expire after their fixed windows. Account, access, billing, review, support, security, and vendor records require purpose-specific schedules and coordinated deletion across the services responsible for them.
11
Your choices and requests
You can withdraw optional analytics in Privacy choices, change account and Pick Alert preferences in account settings, manage billing through Stripe, and contact info@lineprism.com to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, export, or an explanation of your data. Rights can depend on your location and applicable law.
LinePrism uses Render for hosted application and database services, Clerk for identity, Google identity only when selected, Stripe for payments, PostHog for consented analytics, and IONOS for support email. Telegram and Discord delivery are currently inactive and receive no Pick Alert data. Their own service terms may also apply. LinePrism updates this notice when a field, purpose, recipient, store, vendor, retention rule, or user choice changes.
